I booked my stay at the Intercontinental and asked for my membership number to be recorded as an IHG member. Upon arrival I was advised that this was not done and I did not have my points allocated for my stay. Lovely tropical feel and best hotel breakfast imaginable. Service in main evening restaurant not tops...plus limited menu there. Room was spacious and front desk service top notch. The overall property is starting to look a bit tired, needing a refresh in some parts. Pool and lagoon areas exceptionally good.

Very sophisticated, lots of varying areas to relax around the hotel and marina. Eating options vast - we chose a Chinese banquet which was great. Nice breakfast.
