The staff at the JW Marriot went above and beyond. The ocean view room also over looked the pool area, it was so good sitting on the balcony. Breakfast buffet was full on, it had everything you would ever want.

It’s The destination! Don’t think any other GC hotel would compare. It’s a resort. The pools!!!!!! Buffet breakfast fabulous, no help yourself coffee machine and not paid for coffee (from machine from staff) awful. Only accom I’ve had where I didn’t leave the resort didn’t want to was like we were in Bali but better as you can bathe children with tap water etc. they could upgrade pillows to recent trends ( firmer and smaller) but that’s nit picking.

Amazing hotel in the heart of all the action ! Great restaurants, beaches, shops and attractions at your door step. Allways a fantastic stay at the JW the afternoon service team are particularly wonderful ! We will be back !

We had such a wonderful stay in our double room! It was impeccably clean and perfect for our family of four. The housekeeping team did an amazing job every day, making us wish we could extend our stay even longer. Despite the rain, the heated pool allowed the kids to swim daily, which they loved. Our dining experience at Citrique for the seafood buffet was delightful—the restaurant itself was wonderful, and the seafood buffet was just what we were hoping for, however the person who took us to the table was very snobbish. The overall experience with the hotel is 4.5/5.

Outstanding Hotel and Experience
From the minute we set foot in the door, we could tell this would be a memorable experience. The check-in staff were friendly and professional, and the recent renovation is stunning. Our room was very well equipped, spotless, and provided all of the required comforts. The main feature of the hotel is the pool area. Our kids absolutely loved it and once again, the staff were excellent. To be able to swim with tropical fish was a winner. This is one of the bet hotel experiences we have had in Australia. Whilst the nightly rate is pricey, it was worth it from our perspective.

We had a wonderful stay at the JW Marriott. Beautiful property - the hotel is clean and well maintained. Incredible service from all staff - they were all helpful and made us feel welcome. Breakfast buffet was great and so was the a-la-carte menu. The kids loved the two pools. The salt-water pool has live fish and the kids can play on the sand. Lots of little nooks to relax by the pool and order food / drinks. Would definitely stay at the JW Marriott GC again!
