We're to start, first off the staff. They have been so nice, polite, accommodating, helpful and when I say all I mean all from the cleans to vending machine fillers to high management. We have not been the easiest guests to accommodate trying to squeeze everything into a week but they have made it effortless. Rooms are amazing, they are bit basic to be honest however there is so much to do here they really are Only used for sleeping. Food, so much to choose from, it is again a bit basic but everything is fresh, hot and filling. Prices are fair for being in a holiday place, they are no more expensive than any other place we are. You can have things delivered to your room and for us we even organised a mobile masseuse. You will never regret spending the money on this place and we will be back ASAP.

This ‘resort’ is so run down it’s actually misleading calling it a resort. I don’t even know where to start. The rooms and hallways are in desperate need of a renovation. They stink of cigarette smoke and are just really musty like the carpet and curtains have never been replaced. Our room was located right at the front on the Gold Coast Highway, so was extremely noisy all night. We were booked to stay for 3 nights but checked out after 1. The pool area is tired, the water in the pool was milky. The short version: this place is revolting, don’t book here. We checked out 1 day into a 4 day stay.

Liked the easy check in check out Loved that it was so kid friendly. Always things to do for more independent kids Didn't like the family paint and sip they gave a canvas and said paint what you want and left us to it! And sip was buy your own drink ill go pick it up for you. Didn't like the gangs of kids that walked around and rather cheeky but that's not the properties fault. Food much to be desired pretty costly

Tiny fridges in room - not suitable for a family. Limited resources to byo & cook food which forced us to have to buy from the resort or seek alternative meal options outside the resort making it a very expensive trip. Extra costs for the activities add up very quickly for large families.

Great spot for those with kids. Plenty of activities and very child focused. Room we stayed in was a bit dated with noise from both upstairs and downstairs being constant throughout the night. Dining was great for kids but pricey and fast foodish.

Great resort for kids with plenty of free activities to participate in, water park is great and so are the friendly staff. Great walking distance to cavill avenue and its night life n attractions. As it comes with age everything becomes a little dated, but they are currently in the process of refurbishing rooms, should be bigger and better the next time we visit. Deffinately be back

Fantastic though The down fall is we couldn’t book any of the evening(5pm) kids clubs for our 3 kids (0-2 and the 3-12 age groups). Another issue was the photos when we booked it showed the bunkhouse room and we ended up with a two queens beds. We were under the impression on getting the bunk beds so I think you should update that.
