The part didn’t like: Was trying to use the electric sockets on the wall in the lobby beside the reception to charge the phone after checked out but got banned by security ( totally understand he’s doing his job with an acceptable explanation ). But just after test, other ppl charged their phones at the same area and I had to reported to the receptionist ( the staff was very nice ) but the receptionist seemed have no idea about this policy. I always have no issue to follow and respect the policies from different properties but this is very lack of communication ( as other staff don’t know and there’s even no sign ). My family and I were confused during the time as we thought we were targeted with a double standard. Really appreciate that that very nice gentleman behind reception desk understood me and helped me with thoughtful and caring actions. We have stayed at Mantra Circle on Cavill for many time ( pretty much every time we are having holiday in Gold Coast ) and always get satisfying experiences so we will definitely come back. Thank you very much.
