Stayed overnight when traveling with my 5 year old, included him on booking, paid $50 extra for breakfast. the whole place was evacuated at 5am due to a fire alarm, we had to wait til 8am for breakfast, annoying but ok.. But then at breakfast i had to pay for my sons breakfast (despite having already paid in booking, they claimed he was not included, fine i paid AGAIN) only to be told there was no cereal, and i wasnt able to have a cup of milk or even BUY a cup of milk for my son to have with his toast and one egg (that cost me $30!) was ridiculous.Staff was unhelpful. I asked if we could have some of the milk they use to make coffee, was told no. will not be back!!!!!
