The room is always cleaned, which is excellent. The staff are helpful and courteous I did not try the breakfast Beach view was not as i was expecting from where I was booked, I thought it will be fronting the beach itself, but anyway it was my first time if Surfers Paradise, so I did not know much. But overall it is ok.

Nice and clean facilities. When you approach, its better to park your on street as the hotel front is quite and you will get if other cars are parked there. Very good views for the price, prime location just few mins walk to the beach, shops and eatries. Yes, website says gym but its just one machine not a barbell/dumbell style real stuff. Overall, great value for money

The room was lovely, beach views, also overlooking the city of Surfers Paradise. Very clean, staff friendly. Had breakfast in house and it was delicious. Second time we have stayed there and weren’t disappointed. Highly recommend.

I have stayed here a few times and this was by far the worst experience. Check in was awful, the cleaners came in and cleans our room and didn’t leave enough towels, super fun mid shower realising we didn’t have enough towels and the room itself felt very outdated and not sound proof at all!
