Great pool for kids. Crap gym as only one multimachine. No loose weights, bench press or leg machines. Spend 2k and get this in shape for all other Hotel guests and you will receive 5 stars :o)

Our bed had black hairs on it, the valance had big stains all over it, and the carpet was ripped, we had a light in bathroom that was flashing, very run down building only halt the pool was open, when I expressed my complaints at the counter the Asian lady did not care

Excellent Customer Service, courtesy & friendly smile & approachable manner from every staff member.Thank you..this makes such a difference to how welcome one feels when staying & on holiday. In comparison with other holiday offers in January the Mantra price offer was the reason we chose to stay with them & we in turn do not wish to offer unfair criticism Many areas away from the main foyer were in need of refurbishment Our room was clean & bed comfortable. We stayed for 7 nights & our bed linen was not changed - Summer heat - Bed linen change after 4-5 nights should be mandatory. We kept our balcony door closed at night & the Air Con was intermittent with minimal cooling effect. This together with no linen change did not give a comfortable sleep at night. Breakfast & Respectful Hygiene: The trick is to be early before the "holiday crowd" but be cautious & look before you choose. It was concerning that open bowls of Yoghurt & Jams & multi national coughing guests potentiated Bug Breeding bowls. Fresh fruit bowls less likely but any perspex shield above the bowls inadequate & the many children at bowl sneezing height. The wait staff at b'fast amazingly courteous & efficient & they had to contend with so many people who seem to have forgotten basic manners & how to wait in a line instead of pushing in without a look or thought about anyone else. We all need to take the time to be thoughtful towards others & it then puts a smile on everyone's face
