I booked a spa room. On the first night I found the spa was not working. I told the staff, they promptly fixed it the following day and threw in a perk to make up for the spa not working. The dishwasher was also broken but housekeeping happily did dishes for me. There was no on-site parking left so I did need to park two blocks away but the walk wasn’t far and the $5 a day parking cap was a plus. The hotel charges $20 a day for parking. The beds are well used but not uncomfortable and all in all it was a great place to stay. I recommend ordering room service as the restaurant has amazing food. Staff were all friendly and helpful, I only encountered one who didn’t have the best phone manner when I rang reception.

This was a beautiful motel staff were sooo helpful and nice the only down part was no parking as it was full and having to walk 2 blocks to our car at the Bruce bishop car park but that was only 5 bucks for 24 hours so no complaints in that department... motel was good but bathrooms really need to be fixed and updated as showed was leaking in room 414 and the fact that don’t supply even a microwave in the room which should be a given with mothers with babies for bottles at night was very disappointed as it seems the motel is all about the more money they make as the restaurant is down stairs but I would highly recommend putting a microwave in the rooms at th bare minimum other then these the motel it self is beautiful the pool is beautiful the spa needs a good clean as it’s got built up green gunk on the tiles not good for kids swimming I would still stay there but don’t recommend if you have babies on bottles that wake up of a night as the kitchen down stairs is also shut

Great facilities and good location, staff upon arrival were not welcoming and are in need of some serious training in PR skills. Was advised no parking available and that I would need to make arrangements elsewhere. Staff said parking only available if pre booked and where available. Website does not reflect this and needs to be changed ASAP.

Stayed 2 nights in spa suite, room was nice, bit dated but that was expected. Facilities good, spa was lovely. Staff nice besides grumpy old man on concierge. Thank you.
