Close to public transport, friendly helpful staff, parking good; there is a elevator ;), buffet breakfast ok, Hotel welcomes everyone, spa warm but looked a little dirty, "Happy Hour " cocktails YUM :) and prices reasonable. Room ok, found a small amount of blood on one of top bed sheets (just decide to share bed :) didn't complain as it was a short stay), cant watch tv without lights on near bed, shower excellent water pressure, 24/7 reception, not to noisy at night a few streets away from heart of surfers.* Wanted late check-out last minute and were able to assist and for a reasonable price $$*

Honestly, we were disappointed with the worn out furniture and fittings in the bathroom. We expect better quality or high standards of maintenance. Love the location. Gluten free & dairy free breakfast option was frustrating- not even soy milk was ‘out’ for tea & everything had to be individually requested (gf toast, margarine (they did not have but gave avocado which took 10 minutes so toast and eggs got cold) , soy milk, so bit crappy there. Staff were friendly and we managed to get a park at 11am for the whole time we stayed.

Great location, convenient for the beach, beautiful views of the ocean, friendly staff and clean & modern room. Would stay again for sure. One potential improvement though would be to consider placing a thicker blanket on the bed, it would save electricity needing to use the heating system to warm the space at night, and also to prevent an unpleasant smell of cigarettes coming through the vent at certain times of the day/night. Thank you for a fantastic stay otherwise!!

Very friendly staff at check in. Room was nice but they gave us the wrong information re the wifi, but that was corrected the next day. Was surprised at the cost of parking and that wasn’t mentioned in their booking site. The sauna was complete rubbish - barely hot enough to raise a sweat and apparently no water or steam allowed (that’s what a sauna is all about. The steam room however, was excellent. Plenty of dining options close at hand and a nice stroll to Cavill mall. All in all a very pleasant stay.
