Breakfast was very nice. Freshly cooked and tasty Staff friendly happy to help. Room very spacious big bathroom with nice bath. Very quiet area. And ordering food was very quick and always hot. Will go back again for sure.

On arrival expecting a quick check in after completing the online check in prior to arrival, there was only one staff member working at the desk assisting another guest. Their check in took a considerable amount of time and despite at least 3 different staff walking past and disappearing into the back office, not one person acknowledged me or offered to assist. We had housekeeping knocking on our door despite having the do not disturb sign up, she had mixed our room up with a guest who had checked out. We attempted to have breakfast at the restaurant but despite many unoccupied tables, they all had dirty dishes that had not been cleared. Attention to detail needed.

Had to carry luggage up to the 3rd floor , the air conditioning is intermittent cuts in and out . Gold coast heat not good. The room smelt funky , pillows poor quality and no body wash in the depsener in the shower. The curtains on the window arent block out and the sun shines in at 5am. Not much on offer in the buffet breakfast , watermelon soggy , eggs powered , bacon is like plastic pre cooked . Dirty stairwell and dead roaches present. Lastly on check in asked where the towels are located for the pool and time the pool opens . We were told 6am. Took the kids in to swim only to be meet by a rude attendant telling us the pool was closed for maintenance. Nothing mention during the booking process . No signage to say as such. Certainly not a resort , not relaxing stay and advice don't stay here. I've travelled Australia and this place would be on of the worst.

Great service, the man at reception was so welcoming. The room was really spacious and had everything I needed. I sat at the pool in the morning and wow what a beautiful area. Highly recommend! The area is also tucked away, beautiful and peaceful

We were greeted by Riley at reception, who is professional, well-presented and helpful. The room was clean, tidy, and faced an entertaining point of the green. We enjoyed the pool. Unfortunately, the shower switch was broken, meaning only the bath was available for refreshing upon return to the room. Additionally, the power point on the window side of the bed is broken: the switch doesn't turn off and when I put my charger into the socket there was a pop. There was also a peculiar scent about the room when we arrived. We were disappointed room service wasn't an option. Overall, a pleasant stay that we enjoyed. 3½ stars out of 5. Many thanks to all staff who keep the resort running.
