Tried contacting the hotel numerous times the morning of arrival to gather further information without any luck.. Checking in @ 1pm - 2 staff only managing reception. We wanted to park vehicle on site and leave straight away. I advised I had attempted calling numerous times, prior to arriving, was told a busy check-out. Not sure how or what happen at 3pm at check in time.. that evening attempted again to call reception again around 9pm - 3rd time they answered.. the king bed was terrible and left fatigued rather the refreshed.. ask about Breakfast on check in - the place is known for it’s revolving restaurant. I was told to GO UP to the restaurant in the morning provide room number - they don’t do breakfast.. was a horrible experience this time around .. after attending a wedding during the day , a nice comfortable bed wasn’t waiting .. probably won’t return. Service and standard have deteriorated.. stay here many times prior.
