The apartment was extremely spacious and quite nice. The only downfall was the apartment needed a good deep clean. The couches and carpets were filthy and made us itch. The benchtops and furniture were dusty. There also was insufficient cooking utensils.

We stayed in a 2 bedroom, ocean view apartment. It was clean, very spacious and tidy, great views and close to everything including being directly next to Broadbeach North tram stop. Very handy! I’ll definitely come and stay again. Pool area, spa and BBQ facilities were all fantastic. Thanks Kate for all your help making our stay run smoothly and satisfying my requests with total professionalism, it was very much appreciated. Highly recommend.

The balcony view was beautiful. The only thing I would suggest is that they introduce daily bed making, quick vaccumm, taking dirty towles and bringing new ones. Otherwise everything's else is great, really loved and enhoyed our stay. Will be staying there again.

Great location -The Gold Coast is the traditional land of the Yugambeh people, who are the custodians of this area. This Indigenous group has a rich history stretching back tens of thousands of years, so we felt it important to learn about the significance of many areas close to where we stayed as we spent time at beautiful Kurrawa beach, renowned restaurants and malls. No need for rental car as everything easily accessed by tram and bus. We had amazing views from all rooms. Kitchen and laundry had everything we possibly needed for an unforgettable 7 night holiday. We have mixed views on our stay. Although the facilities are nice our room was not in a good position in the building. The kitchen was also not well equipped - Cracked dessert bowls, chipped coffee cups, no bbq tongs, no vegetable knife, & no kitchen scissors. The pool area did not get any sun after 1pm and unfortunately was closed for 2 days of our stay which we were not advised about (it’s not that hard to put this on the website and advise potential guests of maintenance). Our partial ocean view room was looking into another building and our deck had very little sun. The receptionist was less than welcoming especially when we mentioned the very noisy air conditioning unit in the apartment bedroom. We travel regularly and feel that this is one place we perhaps would not return too. Maybe if we had a better room with a more desirable outlook that was better positioned for the sun, we would reconsider.

We recently stayed at The Qube for a week and overall had a great experience. The sea view from our apartment was absolutely amazing, and the location couldn’t have been better — close to the supermarket, tram stop, and everything we needed. The kids loved the pool, which was a big plus for us. A few things could definitely be improved though. It would be great if the apartment came with a few more basic amenities like toilet paper, salt and pepper, tea, coffee, and usable pots and pans — ours were quite scratched. When you’re staying for a week, those little touches make a big difference. The lifts were also quite slow, and the front desk staff did the bare minimum — they weren’t rude, but they didn’t go out of their way to help either. All in all, a good stay with a fantastic view and location, but a few simple improvements would make it an excellent experience.

Disappointing stay despite great facilities We stayed at Qube Hotel Broadbeach for six nights and, unfortunately, the experience was overshadowed by how unfriendly the residents and some staff were. It seems this property is shared with long-term residents who clearly resent tourists — we were met with glares, rude comments, and even got yelled at for parking in a spot we were told was fine to use. The front desk staff weren’t much better — unhelpful and dismissive throughout our stay. It’s a real shame because the facilities themselves are excellent. The pool, courtyard, and sauna areas are well maintained, the gym is spotless and fully equipped, and the apartment was clean with a great kitchen and laundry setup. Overall, the amenities are fantastic, but the atmosphere created by the residents and staff made it a very unpleasant experience. We wouldn’t stay here again.
