Staff is very helpful and they are available 24hrs at the desk, which is a plus. Apartments are okay as it appears to be a little outdated but rooms are comfortable. Good for families to stay.

the poolside seating needs a cushion to be more comfortable. The apartment needs to be check by the person in charge before a new customer arrived to fix small details. Such as scratches and paint on the wall. microwave show a red light permanently, the rubbish bin kitchen cabinet door has been out of place. I reported all of these issues to the reception, and they sent a person to be check it or fixed it.
