The room was immaculate, beautifully presented, and very comfortable, reflecting the high standards maintained throughout the resort. Beautiful facilities with plenty of space and activities for all ages. The buffet breakfast was fantastic, the huge sparkling pools were a highlight, and the staff were consistently friendly and welcoming. Second year in a row staying at this hotel, and once again we had a great experience. The facilities are outstanding—especially for families with young children—and the staff are consistently warm, accommodating, and kind. The food is also excellent. As it was peak season and the hotel was very full, there were a couple of minor housekeeping inconsistencies. On one day our room wasn’t serviced despite calling guest services to request the basics, complimentary water wasn’t replenished for a few days, and although the bed appeared made, the linen under the quilt hadn’t been straightened. This felt more like a capacity issue due to how busy the hotel was. These were very small things in our eyes and did not detract from what was otherwise a very positive stay. We would happily return.
