Pros: Excellent location, patrolled beach is literally straight across the road. Very difficult to get out of the apartment onto the road with a pram. Multiple gates that need unlocking, stairs and narrow uneven paths. But only takes 3 minutes to go around the other way. Pool was great, was easy to get a sunlounge. Only a short walk (5-10 mins) to main Broadbeach restaurant strip and shops. Apartment was roomy and spacious. Cons: Apartment was very tired and in need of a revamp. Carpet was very marked and it needed a good spring clean. The wall under the aircon had water marks running down it, there was popcorn and rubbish under the couch and tv cabinet, rusty clothes airer, the bin was filthy and the toilet in the main bathroom didnt flush the whole time we were there (4 nights) despitr them being aware of it. The plate behind the ensuite toilet button fell off everytime it was flushed, but a plumber did come and fix that promptly.

What a beautiful place to stay by the ocean. There were marks/stains on the bedding in one of the rooms. Starter pack provided for some things - washing liquid, dishwashing tablets, soap, tea, coffee, milk only. Missing starter packs for extra toilet role for the main toilet, extra bin lining in the kitchen, salt or pepper sachets & laundry powder. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay and the view! Reception lady was lovely!

This was a spacious 2 bedroom apartment opposite the beach and in walking distance to everything. I couldn't fault the location or the complex. The apartment itself was dated and the cleanliness itself not up to standard (dusty behind furniture and old stained blankets in cupboard). No doonas provided. The TV in the lounge did not work. As we were out and about most of the time it wasn't a big deal and we only stayed for the weekend but for a longer stay these issues really need to be addressed.
