The area and surroundings are very nice.
I have stayed a few times ad the apartments are starting to look a bit tired. The after hours key collection did not work and I had to call out a member of staff. Then there was an issue with the key drop on checkout this morning. My key would not let me enter the foyer, so I had to use a side gate and walk all round the property to get inside to drop the key. Key drop box should be outside if your fob key cannot open the front doors.

This property was well below expectations especially when compared against photos provided in advertising. Though the unit was a very decent size it was dirty and run down. Crockery was chipped, spa was dirty, no instructions on how to operate anything. Everywhere you looked it was dirty and unhygienic. We stayed 4 days and did not spend much time in the apartment however left early and booked a much nicer and cleaner apartment to complete our holiday in. We have taken photos and will be laying a complaint to the facility themselves. Would not recommend this place to anyone or any other facility managed by Sungrass.
