Really enjoyed our stay at the resort for the fact there was always something to do. Food was great with plenty of variety. The only downside was rooms were very old and tired and had been patched up. Carpets were very stained and beds were old and uncomfortable. Staff were all lovely though and couldn’t do enough to help. Overall a great place to stay for families they could just do with updating their rooms.

Great stay with the kids. Only down fall is there is a lot of walking to seaworld so bring comfortable footwear. Buffet breakfast was good and convenient for a long day at the theme parks, food was 6/10. Staff werevery friendly and quick to help. Qould stay again if we got a good deal

We really enjoyed our stay. This was our second time staying. We got a complimentary room upgrade to the new renovated garden view rooms which was beautiful, very quiet for a family resort, full buffet breakfast included which was amazing. It was also my sons birthday and after staff saw we had presents they asked the birthday childs name and age and when we came bsck from dinner there was a sign wishing him a happy 9th birthday with a small dolphin toy. My son was elated. It was such a kind surprise and really made our trip that extra bit special for him so I really appreciate that. As a single mum going on holiday can be a juggle but such wonderful helpful staff really made it much easier. Thank you for a wonderful experience, highly recommend to other families.

Better than I expected. Clean and modern room/facilities. Staff were polite and welcoming. Great food and coffee. Temperature of the pool was colder than expected but that didn’t keep the kids out of the water.

Perfect place for a nice holiday!
Amazing midweek getaway! Pool & waterpark excellent for tweens & great visibility for parents to relax & supervise at the same time. All staff are incredibly amazing in ensuring a wonderful stay as soon as you enter - from maintenance, cleaning to food & entertainment. From child - comfortable bed, mini desk perfect to do work, perfect place for a nice holiday!

Great location, clean and the staff were very friendly. Its a dated building but the inside is fresh and the facilities are excellent. Buffet breakfast was great but you must book early for the Teppanyaki restaurant. Great place to take the kids.

Everything about the Sea Wirld Resort was great. Getting around was walkable and easy. The staff went out of there way to make our stay wonderful. We will definitely stay there on our next Gold Coast visit.
