We didn't like the food casino not fun quite rude and not much areas to smoke for people who smoke. Rooms we found blood spots on bed linen and robes.

loved the ease of check in, the concierge was super helpful in directing me to parking. the room was comfortable. The light bulbs in the room flickered which was not great and the wall beside the bed (between the bedside table and bed was thick with dust)

Great hotel very clean with lots to offer. Close to the shopping centre and restaurants if you don’t mind walking. Only down fall is the pool was supposed to be heated to 28 degrees and it was freezing cold and we couldn’t use it. A real let down and false advertising given it was the reason I booked the hotel. Apart from that a very enjoyable stay.

Value for money here is below average. Service - very average, clean towels daily - about it.. no cleaning of the room or bathroom, no vacuum Had a broken TV in the room - makeshift streaming with cables across the room instead. Food in the restaurants - average at best. No water in the rooms - unless you pay for it. Also not restocked daily. Would not stay here again.
