The room was lovely and everything was clean. The only thing I wanted to bring to your attention was that the dryer was making a loud noise while in use. It still worked fine but you might need to get it serviced.

Staff were friendly, room was clean and tidy. We had a lovely stay. No issues with AC as others have stated. Highly recommended. Only downfall was going standard and not premium as being on the third floor you hear all the traffic of the main road and at night the people from the restaurants. Otherwise very pleased with the accomodation

Fast check in and very handy spot. Short walk to the beach and tram/bus stop. Clean room but quite worn. AC and fans mostly didn't work so nights were warm. No charger for vacuum so hard to clean up on check out.

Great location, some things could improve.

Our 2 bedroom/2 bathroom apartment was very spacious. Location of the hotel and its ammenitied were excellent. I was a little disappointed as id requested 2 king/queen beds as the bedding configuration and we were given 1 king, 2 singles. I asked reception if they could have the 2 singles made into a queen/king. He said yes no problem, then asked if it could be done the nect morning instead. I agreed. It was never actioned. We also asked about arranging a late checkout or if we could use the pool facilities after checkout no one got back to us about that either. Whilst the apartment was spacious, with a large comfy couch, i feel the cleanliness of the kitchen and bathrooms could have more attention to detail. There were also missing remotes from the 2nd bedroom so you couldnt use the ceiling fan when the bedroom light was off.

Everything was great about the property except for the car park. Was given the smallest car park available and barely fit car in. Carpark also had a small storage shed on end so parked as close as I could but the car still stuck out into the driveway

Great spot, gorgeous views! This is a great size for a family of 4, with all amenities, including an ensuite for the master bedroom. The only downside is that it could have been little cleaner. The floors in the bathrooms didn't seem to be cleaned very well. Also, we tried to do a vacuum of the floor when we were packing up and the vacuum didn't work very well. Otherwise, it was lovely! Would stay again!
