Great staff, upgraded our 2 bedroom ocean view to a penthouse. Staff was very friendly and kind towards the kids and my family. Would really recommend the stay at Hilton

Everything was awesome we really loved our stay with the Hilton a few minor things that could’ve been better Firstly the Dryer didnt turn off even with a clean filter we felt the Aircon could’ve been a bit stronger took a long time to cool the room down And I felt the gym needed more weights maybe a barbell bench But apart from there you can’t really falt them Everything else was spot on clean tidy quiet wicked view To be honest wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else in the Gold Coast

Didn’t like having our debit card swiped twice at check in. Paid twice for the same 5 day stay. Still waiting for the $2,100 odd to be refunded to our account. 1 night in our room, no issues, empty body wash dispenser in the shower. Used wine glasses sat for 2 days on the buffet until I moved them to an obvious beside the bed.6 days later still waiting for the double swipe on our card to be credited back to our account.

It was hard to find temporary parking to check in. It was in front of hotel and only one or two car space available. Other hotel provides more space for temporary parking to check in guest, but not for this hotel.

The restaurant food was uninspiring. The Buffett breakfast looked ok at first but so many disappointing selections. Room we booked was supposed to view the ocean but ours didn’t.

The hotel proudly boasts a prime location, nestled among a delightful array of restaurants, each hiding its own culinary treasures that burst with flavor. Upon check-in, I encountered a firm enforcement of the 3 PM arrival time; however, I was graciously granted access to the lounge, providing a comfortable retreat while I awaited my room. The panoramic room I reserved was not only spacious but also unveiled breathtaking views of the beach, which truly elevated my stay to new heights. The executive lounge brimmed with a cozy ambiance, although it did feel somewhat snug. I can easily envision them opening the patio during the warmer months to accommodate more guests and enhance the experience further. I appreciated the thoughtful layout, featuring two distinct seating areas that fostered warmth and intimacy during the winter season. Although the quality of the food varied on certain evenings, the lounge ambassadors, especially Connor, were incredibly warm and attentive, making each encounter a pleasure. The breakfast buffet at Catch was nothing short of exceptional! For those who thrive on a high-protein diet, the abundant selection will be a delightful feast. The fitness center, while fairly standard, effectively met my needs without ever feeling overcrowded. Overall, I would eagerly return to this hotel, though I would remain mindful of the costs in comparison to other properties that might offer more contemporary amenities.
