We had a beautiful 2 bedroom apartment on floor 15, the property is lovely and quiet and in a good location for walking over to pacific fair or to the beach. The pool area was great for the kids and the property is lovely and clean and well maintained. The basement parking is tight, but it could be beneficial if they were to move the fob location as it is very hard to get to that far down the driveway. The moment we checked in, we were given a room on the 7th floor, it was a 2 bed 2 bath apartment which looked lovely, however the strong smell of damp/water damage? Smelt like urine and it was overwhelming, I have never had to complain to reception about a room before, the staff were prompt in allowing us to move to another room which smelt fresh and clean and we had an amazing 5 night stay without any issues. We would definitely stay here again, everything we needed in a lovely location and beautiful ocean view

Property could have been cleaner. Bed linen had marks. Carpet marked probably due to the age of appartments. Fridge shelves grubby from previous tenants and not cleaned. Tv in lounge not working. Had to get staff member to attend to the problem. She also had difficulty in amending the problem. Probably won’t go back to holiday at the appartments again. (Unfortunately)

We stayed here for the week Cyclone Alfred impacted the Gold Coast. They provided excellent information in advance and thought the 3 days of lockdown. We didn't lose power. They responded very quickly when we had a water leak through the front window. It had lovely view to the beach. Close to coffee shops and restaurants. Great food at Kurrawa Surf Club.
