Other than the amazing lady at the front desk, who went above and beyond to get me an extra night, the unit showers were both broken, the balcony door lock/latch was snapped off, room service only happens after the 8th day of stay, and NOWHERE on the website nor while booking, were we informed that there is NO SMOKING ON THE PREMESIS. Not on the private balcony, carport or Rec. areas. You must walk to the end of the street. This was definately NOT a 4.6 star accommodation and we will NEVER stay there again.

Review Ocean Pacific.
The rooms here at Ocean Pacific are now very tired and need of a makeover. The carpet is very worn, the walls are all scuffed and the shower has no door on it, so leaks terribly all over bathroom floor with is a health and safety risk. When we got there the kettle was broken and there was blood on the duvet cover - they replaced the kettle but took two days to replace the duvet cover. The venue is Ok as right across road from Pacific Fair but certainly very basic accommodation.

The property and staff were excellent however the furniture in our room was not so great. An old slumping couch that you could not sit up on and outdoor furniture much of the same. A simple table and chairs is all the is needed on the balcony, not an old outdoor couch. We would hope to get a differently styled unit if we were to go back again.
