We have stayed here many times over the past 17 years and always love it but this was our last stay. The apartment was lovely and looked newly renovated, very happy with that but we were unprepared for the noise from the construction and felt the warning we received in no way prepared us for how severe or disruptive it was. We have always stayed much higher up but this time we were on the 4th floor - no ocean view and jack hammers from 6.30am directly opposite us. To make it worse, we paid more than we did the same time the year before to stay on the 17th floor. We were also impacted by an aggressive, abusive resident on the floor below. We ate dinner on the balcony on the Friday night and at 8.55pm we were shouted at aggressively by the man below. There was literally 4 of us on a balcony laughing at a story my daughter was telling. No warnings anywhere about noise curfews on the balconies and it was literally 9pm on a Friday night and there was just 4 of us talking and laughing while we ate dinner. The aggression and abuse was terrifying. We were quiet well behaved guests it was simply dinner conversation that he deemed too loud and instead of politely asking us to keep it down, was aggressive and abusive. It rattled our kids who were then scared to go in the lift or pool area anytime they saw an older man. Pretty sure it was a permanent resident and not a holiday guest. We are no longer keen to return which is a shame.

Beautiful views of Broadbeach and beach. The construction work was frustrating quite early in the morning and throughout the day. We were told after we booked and couldn't cancel as it was late and needed to be in the area. We dealt with it, hence why it was cheaper than usual. Very clean, tidy and modern apartment. Pool area was relaxing and big, a few more chairs in the shade would of been convenient. Great stay!

On arrival cleanliness of unit was poor. Spoke following day to reception who were very concerned. Another clean took place & was definite improvement; however main light in lounge had no cover so bare globes & unfortunately nothing they could do about that.

The apartment was really nice and clean great sea view from the 19th floor pool was nice and warm and clean and the spa was a treat gym was good also close as to pacific fair was really good for getting those boxing day sales.

Flat surfaces were clean. Beds properly made. Groundskeepers do a great job keeping pool and entrances spotless. However baseboards in room were filthy. Also noticed that are con vents were visibly dirty. Also noticed very few parking spaces compared to prior stays. Obviously construction noise and pending large adjacent tower will be an issue going forward.
