The family room was we stayed in was very old. The grout at the bottom of the shower was black (we thought at first it might have been mould), a couple of the floor boards were broken and slid back and forth along the floor, the tap in the kitchen was wobbly and there were stains all over the walls. The room was clean and tidy, but the floor and the handles to all the rooms felt grimy and greasy. When you stepped out of the room, you could smell all the cooking smells from the other units, which was not appealing. There were also no tissues :( It was however, located in a great spot (close to beach and the shopping/restaurant strip), the view was good and the pool in the complex was fantastic.

The room was less than average. Arriving up to the room the room number was written on with sharpie, door poorly painted, entered the carpet is damaged, walls are dirty, stains on the sheets, dust over all pictures, smoke alarms, vents etc. Bathroom had cracked tiles and mould, towels stunk. Would not stay here again.

A few small “basic” improvements could make all the difference to this place . First of all the room we stayed in needed maintenance. The walls need painting , the carpet was loose , threadbare in areas and a trip hazard in others . The toilet roll holder in the bathroom kept falling off the wall and there needs to be more towel hooks , rails installed. The hair dryer was from overseas as it did not have an Australian plug and required an adapter which was supplied but had to be held into the power socket during use.Also the hair dryer bracket on the wall was broken and the hair dryer was found wedged between the wall and the only towel rail fitted as a means of storage ! The kitchen was poorly stocked for example no wine glasses , and in an apartment that supposedly sleeps four people there was a grand total of three , yes three coat hangers and one small two seater lounge.Also from a safety perspective the only smoke detector in the apartment looked like the cover had been glad wrapped or sticky taped to the ceiling which I’m sure would affect its ability to detect smoke !! I know it sounds a lot but seriously a handy tradesman could address these issues in a few hours . The carpet however definitely needs replacing . On a positive note the pool and spa area were fine .

Room 701 was by far the WORST hotel room I have ever stayed in. The fridge looked like someone had punched it several times, there were 2 glasses in the cupboard that were filthy and mismatched, the lounge cover looked like something from a porn movie, the carpets were dirty, not a single lamp, “spa” was an old bath with filthy jets. So disgraceful.

We stayed here for a night and we checked in 10 pm went from Melbourne as you see in the photos it’s bad than that we left the charger and called they said it’s not here and when we checked out at 11:30 they charged us so please avoid this rubbish hotel and stay in better hotel

Paid more than $400 for what just for that it was just near to beach. You dont get your own car park.Have to park outside and pay.Bathroom taps to toilet seat all looks so old.bathroom exhaust doesnt had cover. Bedroom side light doesnt turn on , actually whole apartment has yellow light which was so dim. Kitchen is old style. They made it two bedroom by putting two single bed in living room. We book this aprtment coz we need kitchen and i was so upset that they cant even put nice cutleries.Cutlery look like they are picked from here and there.all spoon different no knife. For $400 this partment was not worth. Bedroom light doesnt tuARE S

The Kitchen tiny cups so we brought our own. One Teaspoon so we brought more only 2 bowls,plates I know that the room was for two people but we have never stayed in a Hotel where there is only 2 of every thing there has always been like a dinner set etc.The free Internet didn't go out past the room not in the foyer, pool area.

Bathroom sink backed up, walls had been gap filled/puttied & not sanded or pained, door handle out of door, shower temp either scalding or cold & it fluctuated throughout the shower time, 1 roll of toilet paper for 4 people for the duration of the stay, toilet roll holder loose/lopsided so it kept falling off, blankets should be replaced, dryer timer cuts out after 5-10 minutes & lint filter broken, no shelving in room or bathroom, no bag storage, sliding door to bedroom broken. The only positive was that the beds were comfortable & it was walking distance to Pacific Fair & the beach.
