Very good value for the price. Very conveniently located to transport, shopping (easy walk to Pacific Fair) & dining venues. The light rain to Surfers is a short stroll away, as is the local beach. Nice pool area & has an in house cafe for coffee & treats. Happy to stay there again & happy to recommend.

The most welcoming Hotel Reception space manned by one of the most pleasant and efficient receptionists I have encountered for a very long time. The information and directions were clear and precise yet delivered with warmth and the building interior and room we had lived up to expectations from the entrance door. Hotel facilities were superb so all in all it was an absolute pleasure to spend time there - Paradise away from Paradise.

Everything you needed was in apartment, except a fishslice for the frypan! $1.75 from pacific fair across the rd fixed that. Close to casino, beach, food spots in broadbeach and kirawee surf club. Will stay again.
