Very convenient central location. Staff were A for service. Very good value for money. Beautiful view of the Nerang River from my balcony. Full buffet breakfast available at reasonable cost. Would recommend. Furnishings were a bit tired but clean and comfortable. No complaints

Most uncomfortable sleep I’ve ever had at a hotel. Bed was so bad, woke up with such a sore back and was tossing and turning all night. Old school aircon vent was right above the bed and so noisy we had to turn it off and suffer the heat. Patio table was missing. Carpark access didn’t work so had to call to get in and out each time. Won’t be staying at Vibe again. Pool and spa aren’t regularly cleaned. Advised staff of issues, they weren’t helpful.

The Hotel is situated in a good location (close to Cavill Ave) parking was terrible. We pre-booked a parking spot when we made the booking only to be told that the car park is full (when we checked in) and we could park across the road - which we did. The room was nothing flash especially for the price we paid. It was convenient to the Tram etc so that was a bonus.

When we got to the room and went to bed the bed was will blood and the walls had blood to very disgusting My husband was vomiting all night because he got an bad habit putting the sheet or the quilt on his face when he we saw the blood he was sick all night it ruined how holiday and it was our anniversary very very very bad

Breakfast is stated as “buffet” but it’s not, it’s horrible. We went elsewhere to eat. The aircon in the room is so loud and even with the fan on the lowest setting, you can barely sleep. There are only two lifts which service 22 floors and only one of those lifts goes down to the car park basement. They charge you $30 per day to park your car at the hotel. The website makes the hotel look newer than what it is as our room was so old and run-down. Location is good but I wouldn’t recommend Vibe Hotel.
