We recently stayed at Rydges South Bank and couldn’t be more impressed. From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. The room was spotless, modern, and extremely comfortable, with beautiful views. The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of South Bank with easy access to restaurants, the river, and everything Brisbane has to offer. Every part of the experience was seamless and enjoyable. Something in the booking through the wotif app didn’t go through to the motel, I had my receipt and booking number, staff were helpful, apologetic and ensured our booking went through and booked us a room so we also didn’t have to wait until 3pm to check in. Very helpful, very friendly, and the motel was in a great location

I've never stayed at this property! It was a sweet surprise! It felt amazing and we felt very much at home. The staff in reception and concierge were great! It was a delight. Rydges South Bank is a very good hotel that is in a great location. The room are standard but clean and comfortable - we really liked the balcony with excellent views of the city. We would come back.
