The two room suite was nice, good size . The overall hotel seems suitable for a short stay. Check in was fine but trying to park before checking in is complicated. We checked in earlier and the staff were great in getting into our room. Rey close to a large selection of restaurants and ferries . Good stay overall .

The car park was full so we had to park 200mtrs away and had to walk up hill with my busted knee. Then they charged me twice for the parking. The pool which I was hoping to relax in was closed the entire time.

Staff very pleasant on arrival and helpful. However, coffee machine in room not working, told reception in morning on way out, they said they would replace, told reception again on way in on the evening, they said would replace, had to ring housekeeping in morning to get a new machine sent up which they did. Swimming pool not open, closed for repairs which had not been relayed to us prior to booking, or even prior to arrival. Real shame about the pool and the coffee machine as apart from these two everything else was really great
