Check-in was a debarcle, the line of people was out the front door and there was only two short-term parking spots for check-in so the line of cars was out on the street and around the corner. One of the worst designed and layed-out hotels in which I have ever stayed, and I have never stayed in a hotel where the back-of-house staff use the guest elevators and continually inconvenience the hotel guests.

The two room suite was nice, good size . The overall hotel seems suitable for a short stay. Check in was fine but trying to park before checking in is complicated. We checked in earlier and the staff were great in getting into our room. Rey close to a large selection of restaurants and ferries . Good stay overall .
