The suite was immaculate, large living/kitchen area and the bedroom was the size of a standard hotel alone, blown away with this property, the bathroom was large and clean, staff was friendly and always happy to help. The views were also incredible would definitely recommend

Starting with the view off the 37th floor, it was spectacular. The unit had everything we wanted or needed for a stay of 5 nights. Kitchen was a good size, the washer and dryer worked well, and the bed was very comfortable. Initially we had trouble trying to figure out how to use the TV, not being familiar with that format, but eventually we figured it out by trial and error. The security system for using the elevators we found quite unique and efficient. Also the rates for the days we picked were very reasonable compared to other name brand hotels. All in all a very satisfactory stay, one of our best.

Laundry facilities were super helpful especially when travelling as a family. Cleaning staff were courteous and friendly. Receptionists were friendly, offering us a river view apartment for the perfect New Year's eve view. They were also on point with changes to vehicle details for ease of access to the carpark. Few things, however: 1. Stench from the garbage room on each floor 2. Elevator issues whilst we were there 3. AC not working in ensuite Otherwise a great two week stay for us. Happy customer indeed 😊

The rooms aren’t in great condition for the money they charge. The room had a rundown feel. None of the windows opened (I’m guessing by design) giving everything a closed-up feel. The washer and dryer didn’t work at all. The bathroom was tiny and only two(!) towels available per room. Wouldn’t stay here again.
