We were given the wrong room and didn't have enough beds and waited for an hour on hold on the phone. In the middle of the night they moved us to another property in Brisbane and still have not been refunded our parking.

Emergency evacuation on our own.

Was plesant enough but room was over the pool which was very noisy with yelling in the evening, so unable to enjoy our balcony of an evening. Woken by fire alarm at 2am, no fire wardens or staff to be seen. Called security for instructions, only to be told busy and hung up on. Only instructions were from the firemen when to return to our room.

Very enjoyable stay. Courteous staff with easy check-in/check-out, clean room, good amenities and well located. My only critique is the mattresses are very spongy, and could do with replacing/updating to a memory foam type. Other than that, excellent value for money.

Night watchman takes dodgy under the table payments for car parking. Room smelled badly of faeces or sewage. Staff were extremely rude and unreasonable. Room had no cleaning products or things needed to clean up in the room and keep clean. Blanket stunk like urine. I woud never stay here again and will make sure noone we know stays here either. Customer Service in general was appalling.

This was my 3rd stay at the Brisbane One Apartments, and it was sub par compared to those first 2 stays. Noise intrusion was a lot more ( as if the windows were of a different standard in this very room, which also was just next to the elevators ). Also, in the bathroom there were a lot of small bugs in the shower area. We did not suffer any bites or so, but it was just a very strange and un-nerving fact.

DIY renovated bathroom.

The hotel with its facilities was fine; the pool, sauna, gym, communal areas etc were good. However, the room we were in was mediocre. The DIY bathroom reno in our room with the non functional spa bath was substandard and not what I've expected from this hotel chain. Not enough towels in the room, 2 towels and a hand towel is not enough for a hotel with a pool, spa and sauna. I'm sure there are other great rooms at this hotel, but unfortunately we were not in one on this occasion.

The apartment is located well, has great views of the city, facilities (pool and gym ) great and air cond worked a treat . Some areas for improvement - cleanliness of bathroom had orange mould that needed a good bleach scrub, cleaners could not speak English so hard to communicate, would benefit from having a vacuum in the room as they clean every 7 days and this goes with other items such as cleaning products which were sparse, the TV did not have access or tuning to free to air TV and the wifi was terrible so you could not watch the TV through the apps provided. One thing to mindful is if you have accessibility challenges, it is a nightmare, as it is not very accessible inclusive as we had to walk through many steps in a maze get to our designated car spot.

Apart from my fridge not working or the dishwasher not working and bedroom door not shutting or locking and having no oven tray. I had a shocking time here especially as there was no draws or shlefs to put any of my belongings. The lack of service and communication from the staff even worse. Im stull waiting for a call back from the manager and still have bot got my bond back. I would say the pool is lovely and warm but thats the only good thing avout the place.

Most unrestful hotel experience ever

Very noisy, drunk naked ppl in the pool. 1.30am drunken screaming from balcony and things being thrown over and the 3 towers extremely close with everyone looking into eachothers units. Left a day early to go elsewhere.
