Not enough parking but very convenient

Property was clean, tidy, staff very good, friendly and courteous. Our room had been renovated, good shower etc. close proximity to shops etc. Roller door broken in car park area, a safety issue. We would be very happy to stay again if we were in the vicinity. We considered it was good value for money location wise etc.

Hi Hayden - We're disappointed that you obviously did not enjoy your stay but it would be nice to understand why you felt that we deserved a 1/5.

The price was excessive for the tiny room with two single beds pushed together. The continental buffet breakfast was an absolute joke. Serial, fruit drink and the cheapest sachet coffee on the market. I certainly won't stay there again

The service and staff were so lovely, rooms was clean and tidy but where the breakfast is the outside near the tables was rubbish and dirty so needs attention especially near food

Perfect location, very convenient to where we needed to be. However the cleanliness and quality has deteriorated, better maintaining is needed Bathroom tap was broken, couldn’t use, lovely balcony that wraps apartment that you couldn’t use as it was filthy, grime on fridge, hadn’t been wiped for a while. Things were still in dishwasher. Even had a cockroach visit. There is no gym as advertised there is a pool but no seating. I guess it just wasn’t like the pictures but it could be again if they were better maintained, Did tell front desk who were lovely but there only response was they will let housekeeping know
