Great property within walking distance to the Chermside shops and Prince Charles hospital. Staff are extremely accommodating and do so much to make your stay enjoyable. Room was comfortable and clean, no complaints from me.

Properly is well overdue to have some money spent on it. There are gouges in walls, cords hanging from the back of the tv that plug into nothing, old signs still up for the Italian place that was downstairs that closed down ages ago. The room I stayed in had a leak under the bathroom sink that seeped rusty water, someone was sent up to clean it, but it kept coming back, the dishwasher had plates and bowls in there from the last person that stayed there. The location is convenient to Chermside which is why I usually choose to stay here, but I don’t think I’ll be back.

Our award winning on site restaurant, just like many others throughout the world, had to close during Covid. We took advantage of this time to renovate the restaurant seating area, bar and kitchen. The refurbished Bella Cosi Restaurant will reopen in the New Year. I am thrilled that you were able to utilise the special we ran and enjoy our 2 bedroom apartment for 40% less than our usual rate. If a previous guest damaged the wall, I apologise that we missed it and wish that you had reported the damage during your stay so that it could be rectified immediately or we could have offered you a different room that was more to your liking. It's always easier to rectify an issue when we know about it. You'll be pleased to know that almost all of the building has had a soft refurb and we invite you back again to enjoy a refurbished apartment on your next trip to Brisbane We wish you and your family a very Merry Christmas

The location was very convenient. The size of the apartment was great and was a quiet place to stay. Our apartment has two balconies which was very convenient when sitting outside away from wind or sun. The apartment was well equipped and had most things you could need for your stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The walls are paperthin. The people in the room next door had music pumping in the afternoon, which management did act quickly on to have turned down. However when they came home drunk at 2am and proceeded to continue partying until about 4am they might as well been in the room with us. The people in the room above us were renovating or partying until about 11pm so all you heard was thump thump all night. Bed was comfortable and location great for the shopping centre but not a place to stay if you want a good night of quiet sleep.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The two main gripes were the construction of the shower unit and the lack of soundproofing between rooms. The walls were paper thin and may as well not have been there such was their effect. The shower unit door did not meet either side of the unit by about 10 - 20 ml causing the bathroom floor to be flooded with even trying.
