Clean, nice room. Not much to look out at unless you pay for a view. Pool indoor and not very appealing. I would definitely NOT pay extra for breakfast. Was very average for the price.

The room was designed for business customers. For a non business couple it lacked useful room facilities, eg only one single lounge chair, wine fridge instead of standard fridge and no kettle. However bed comfy, room very clean and shower easily accessible especially for disabled. Staff very friendly and helpful. Location excellent for Southbank and city.

I contacted the hotel in advance to secure parking and they advised they don't pre book parking. When I arrived the car park was full and we had to park at another location. We called for a bucket of ice and it never arrived, didn't bother using other facilities or restaurant after this initial poor experience
