We always enjoy staying here. Very restful. The restaurant is great for dinner and also being able to sit in the bar and relax with a drink of two. Great escape from every day life.

Great service, kids loved the pool, beds comfy. Plumbing a bit old (taps leak) and some power outlets didnt work but overall comfort, cleanliness and amenities outweighed minor issues.

Easy check in with polite and friendly staff. Convenient parking on site. Great location close to town and the botanical gardens. Some issues included: - Pool was very cloudy/dirty and needed a proper clean - Bed was very soft and pillow had a strange odour - Elevators slow and shuddered a bit - Limited security with no swipe card required to enter the hotel or to use the elevators.

Professional team to welcome us at reception and the dining room. The foyer and dining areas were beautifully decorated for Xmas. Room was clean and again beautifully presented. Evening meal lovely and very enjoyable love everything about our evening meal in the restaurant. The staff were very lovely and patient especially when my daughter spilled her drink. They gave me a cars and bottle of bubbles for my birthday which was a lovely touch. The pool area was lovely and they have beach towels available too which was great. We loved our stay and would definitely stay there again.

The entire place was very lovely and very close to a lot in the city. Only thing that could be improved was we had a very awkward interaction with one of the wait staff in the restaurant who wasn’t very friendly and her demeanour wasn’t very pleasant
