Hotel Diana was clean but a bit out of the way. Not near any nice restaurants. We were only staying one night so it was fine. Buffet breakfast was good value for $25. Staff were pleasant.

The cuttlery, cups and glasses were all smudgy and dirty The sheet on the bed had blood stains, the doona had stains as well, lucky there was spares in the cupboard, although they had a few stains it was less.

Very clean and spacious room. Easy checkin and check out. Very good spot to stay if dealing with anything at the Mater Hospital - it’s literally next door. We had a room with kitchenette and second bedroom and it was perfect for our stay. I thought it was good value for money.

What a wonderful little gem of a hotel that I literally stumbled across on Wotif. Nice, clean, modern rooms, reasonable tariff, a fantastic location, close to The Gabba, and the staff were very friendly and professional. This will be our new 'go to' when we travel down to Brisbane.

Hotel Diana is always a very convenient place to stay if there is a gig on at the Princess Theatre. Free vaildated parking. Super comfortable beds and clean rooms. There's a buffet if you choose to pay and afew local shops 1min walk away for other food options.

Greeted by a smiling and efficient receptionist and given a nice room on level 3. It was clean, albeit a bit dusty here and there,a good size, and everything worked well including the lovely rain shower. Parking was complementary and although it was outdoors it was only a few steps from the hotel door. Breakfast was an extra @$25 and included a good range of food. The breakfast room was very busy that morning and staff seemed a little hurried with hot food taking a while to be replenished. All in all, a nice convenient hotel in a great near city location. Would stay again.

Hotel Diana was perfect for our overnight stay, particularly as we were went to the Princess Theatre, literally 2 doors down. Plenty of dining options in the area too.
