Thanks Ned for your review. Its pleasing to read that the service from the team is always positive. On this occasion you must have booked a studio vs a 1 bed apt. Our Studio Apts are on levels 2 - 4 and our 1 Bed Apts are from Level 7 - 30. Sorry to hear you couldn't visit the sky lounge on this visit and apologies for the delays with the lift upgrade. Thanks David for your feedback. Unfortunately there is no good time for lift Maintenance, however you were provided with notification 7 days prior to your arrival to cancel your booking if you had any concerns. There is currently No Health Directive in place relating to Lift in QLD and 90% of other restrictions have been lifted.
