Been there two times before. This was my third. The parking spaces are due for a full renovation as it's difficult to park there. Customer service was wonderful. The apartment itself was extremely expensive for what it was. Normally I go on a floor that's around 20 stories up with a great view but this time I was on the third floor, the view wasn't great and I paid pretty much the same amount. I understand that's because everything else was probably booked out but it was still slightly annoying. Me and my partner were there for one night and wanted to check out the sky view lounge but both times it was closed. One time was because there was some meeting on so we missed out on that. Also the single elevator was quite annoying as waiting times were very long. Otherwise, enjoyable stay. Staff there are always very friendly.

Our Studio Apts are on levels 2 - 4 and our 1 Bed Apts are from Level 7 - 30. Sorry to hear you couldn't visit the sky lounge on this visit and apologies for the delays with the lift upgrade. We hope to see you again soon.

I travel every week and this would have to be the least clean apartment that I have ever stayed in. I even checked out 2 days early and changed accommodation

The property was ok The broken elevator was a problem. Over 30 floors being serviced by one elevator is irresponsible and dangerous while qld covid numbers are drastically high. Find elevator repair people and pay them to fix this problem. Not great

Unfortunately there is no good time for lift Maintenance, however you were provided with notification 7 days prior to your arrival to cancel your booking if you had any concerns. There is currently No Health Directive in place relating to Lift in QLD and 90% of other restrictions have been lifted.

We booked the apartment two months before we arrive and asked about high level with view ( paid extra for the view). When we arrived, we found out apartment at first level ( very noisy and Tribble view). I am not happy with that.
