Absolutely loved 'The Parlor Room' huge, the king was comfortable, great river views, the food was incredible, will definitely be staying again.... city cat to take you up and down the river outside your door and the Star casino next door

Old world elegance, fantastic location, friendly staff, good value, but the building is in dire need of some serious maintenance in some areas. Recommend the "stay package", but would like more instructions on how to get to the parking on arrival, and clearer indications that this hotel is not in the old Treasury Building (for those who have ancient memories of Brisbane).

Our group found this property to be exceptionally grand, great value for money and really central to many tourist destinations and places to eat. The staff were attentive, and the concierges were very, very helpful and knowledgeable. Nothing was too much trouble. The rooms made us feel like royalty with their high ceilings and historic feel.
