Rooms run down, air conditioning was so noisy that it prevents sleep. Your choice is a room too hot and stuffy to sleep, or a room too noisy to sleep. Either way, no sleep. No staff on site to solve problems. Very disappointing.

Bedding stained, cleaning staff rude when asked to change it No admin staff on sight and we could not contact via their call centre. Furnishings are old and dingy. We originally booked in for a week but checked out after day one. Told the hotel could not refunded would have to contact Expedia

Contactless reception so no one around to help with anything. No lifts and steep stairs to navigate with heavy suitcases. Broken light switches so no light over food/drink preparation area or 1bed. We stayed 2 nights but there were no fresh towels (unless we were staying a week). At over $250 per night for a twin room, I expect a bit more service.

Conveniently located, 10+ minute walk to wharf area. Great selection of eateries. Room was a bit dated, but had everything you needed. Bed was comfortable and the shower very good.

The room itself was ok, the bed was comfortable and it was clean. However, the check in process is terrible there is no one at reception no contact with anyone in person at all. Customer service is non existent. I wouldn’t stay here again there are better motel on Kingsford Smith drive that actually provide good customer service and are just as close to airport and transport into city.
