This hotel was an exercise in elegance. They were friendly and eager to please. Only issue was the coffee machine - it was filthy and leaked flakes into my cup (past guests misuse). They replaced it swiftly. Hotel is located in an area full of great dining only a short walk away. I arrived way too early, and they swiftly stored my luggage safely while I attended a seminar. Check in after Noon was efficiently processed later.

This Hotel was fantastic, staff were lovely and the room was clean. TV had streaming options so wasn’t limited to standard channels and the air conditioning was not set to 21 degrees minimum which was an amazing change from other Hotels I have stayed in. Reception is 24 hour and everyone was super friendly and helpful, luggage can also be held after you checkout so you don’t have to carry your luggage before moving on from the city. A guests only laundry room or in room washer/dryer would be great for stays longer than 1 or 2 nights. Will definitely be staying here again!
