Accounting terrible. Tool $1300 from my account and kept sending me bills, embarrassing and too long to fix. Made stay a complete chore.

The hotel is 5 star but very dated. The amenities didn't exist, tres is covid-19 but no mini bar or room service should have been communicated at rooms of reservation. Wotif should have communicated it. We were charged full room rates for 2 star room and service.

Staff were excellent, friendly and extremely helpful. Can't speak highly enough of all the staff we had contact with they were all amazing.

The staff are so so friendly, especially the concierge and porters. At your service was prompt and always had our car ready. Only issue was a single hair in the shower and that’s hardly worth worrying about!
