Staff, room, dining, restaurant was fabulous. Our TV didn’t work - we did, take the remote down to reception for new batteries & report it when left for the evening, it wasn’t actioned or sorted before checkout. Didn’t impact out stay too much, but would have been better.

The parking is atrocious as it is open to the public. I witnessed other customers complaining about parking too. When you pay so much for your room there needs to be a parking space available as we have luggage to bring in & need access to our cars instead of parking down the road. Also paying $35 a head for breaky is very expensive when you have teenage grandchildren & there was not a lot of options!

If you are looking for accommodation close to Brisbane Showgrounds this is the Hotel for you. Good clean rooms modern Hotel with good dining options. Hotel Team are professional, friendly and courteous. Breakfast in restaurant is very clean with a great variety of fresh foods on offer. Hotel will be even closer to transport once the new Station opens 200mtrs away. Recommend this Hotel.

We very much enjoyed our one night stay, two small bits of feedback for improvement - nowhere for the soap and as there was not a dispenser for handwashing there needed to be and would like to have had coffee sachets as did not want to bother with pods. The staff were lovely, helpful and friendly and we liked our room. We enjoyed and afternoon drink and snack, breakfast was nice, evening room service was great with tasty food. After service was excellent when I had left something behind, efficiently and cheerfully organising for the items to be posted.
