Reception was friendly, v.busy and I chose to use the self serve kiosk which was simple to use. Utensils in room were all dirty and clearly hadn’t been cleaned. Body lotion in the bathroom had been opened and used and was squeezing out of the tube. Made me wonder if the bed had been changed and what else was dirty. Opened the curtains and a pillow fell out from behind the curtains. Phone was not working. USB charging power points also didn’t work.

U fortunately our fridge wasnt cold so all the cold stuff went warm.. The pool was freezing cold and the showers were scalding hot out of the water.. Apart from those things the beds were comfortable and it was a relaxing night away

Arrived back late at night to room to lukewarm shower water. Attempted to phone reception but phone didn’t work (yes checked I had used instructions properly on how to use phone). Ended up calling from my mobile to be told they could send someone to look (not sure what they were going to look at?? That I had the tap turned on correctly??). Receptions final solution was ‘there are showers in the gym if you would like a shower’, in which he had to confirm with another staff member first if there were in fact showers in the gym. Extremely disappointed to say the least. Didn’t know I was staying at a backpacker hostel where need to have communal showers.

Perfect for a short stay! The hotel is modern, clean, and conveniently located near Queen Street Mall. The gym and sauna are great additions. However, a few extra in-room amenities would have been a nice touch. Overall, a great experience!

Nice enough generic apartments, comfy large bed, nice bathroom. Negatives would be poor pod coffee & when we first got to our room it hadn’t been really well cleaned as there was a face mask behind the bed with lots of dust & other mess.

High quality facilities. Impressed guests can use washing machine and dryers for free, handy for when travelling Australia. Impressed by hotel gym quality. Central location. Would definitely recommend.

At $450per night (including $40 a night parking) I expected allot more. Room was average and smelt of septic in the morning. Only 1 pair of slippers, the other was just an empty packet. Parking-i had a note on my car saying they didn't have the cars details and may be towed- most expensive parking I've come across.
