Our flights were delayed from Taiwan into Brisbane by 15 hours so we couldn't make the reservation, we understand the rules of engagement with Wotif, but we advised the hotel from Taiwan that we wouldn't be there and asked for a Credit for another night to use the hotel. They said no and then charged me the $374 for the room. Unhelpful management and very poor customer service. I would not recommend this hotel.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5/5 – Excellent Stay! Hey! I just want to definitely recommend this hotel — it’s a solid 5 out of 5. The breakfast is delicious, with high-quality ingredients: fresh fruits, croissants, and really good eggs. Everything tastes fresh and well prepared. The place is unbelievably clean, and the staff is very friendly. I had the chance to be helped by Rio, the Spanish guy — he was amazing! Super helpful, kind, and gave me all the information I needed. The location is perfect, everything is within walking distance. You can easily explore the area without needing a car. The only downside is the parking — $40 per night feels too expensive, and it’s almost impossible to find parking outside since everything around is restricted. That said, the parking is secure, so at least you know your car is safe. If you have a car, there’s a service center just 2 minutes away where you can grab food or essentials, which is convenient. Overall, this hotel is worth every single penny. Super clean, comfortable, great breakfast, and friendly service. I’ll definitely stay here again next time!

Front desk staff at the Pullman were very friendly and attentive. When we arrived via Uber and were struggling with our bags, the front desk clerk raced outside with a luggage trolley to assist. Check in was smooth and bellhop transported and deposited luggage in the room. Room was spacious with HUGE floor to ceiling windows facing the pool. Lots of natural light and nice amenities in the room. Dropped the score for breakfast due to slow service and low value for the buffet (my husband thought food had been out for too long and options very pedestrian). I had ala carte omelet which was tasty and reasonably priced. The hotel is within easy walking distance of the Qantas domestic terminal. Would stay here again.

This is a top notch hotel. Outstanding service from the welcome at 11.30pm to leaving the next day. Wonderful room, great gym and one of the best omelette I have ever had for breakfast. Could not fault it, five minute walk from the domestic terminal, took the free transfer bus from the international terminal. Will be back.

Sadly we did not enjoy our stay. The fanciest facilities and nicest staff will, unfortunately, never make up for not being able to have a comfortable and restful night. The beds were not to our comfort taste, but worst of all was how loudly they squeaked and creaked with even the slightest movement. We’ve never heard such clamour from hotel beds in all our decades of travelling, let alone in an upscale hotel. Add to that the stuffiness of the room - the aircon did not do its job and turning it off and opening the doors wasn’t much better - and we hardly slept at all. Considering the rates of this place we feel very ripped off and disappointed.

This hotel touts itself as a luxury stay. They have a lot to learn about luxury or service. The overpriced food for room service although tasty arrived stone cold! They delivered the wrong drink and the room temperature is either stifling or freezing. All in all far cry from the Pullman in Hong Kong or Saudi!
