Our room was nicely refurbished. The noise of the traffic & the trains was not good during the night. Maybe if you asked for a higher room the noise may not be as bad. Lovely food for dinner at the restaurant. Staff nice but service slow.

We arrived with 4 persons, one disabled in a wheelchair and with 4 suitcases. No one to help with luggage so we had to take 2 at a time to the room. Also, no shower chair in the room for disabled person. Also in the shower all black mold on shower floor, so I feel lucky only stayed 1 night

Loved our stay, Easy stroll into the city, but pleasantly quiet and relaxed at the hotel with the beautiful Roma Park Gardens on your doorstep. Friendly staff and clean, generous sized rooms.

Spring Hill location was good, close to the CBD and Roma St station. We walked over to Southbank and the West end for brunch. Pool area was nice to sit around, pool was a bit cold to swim. Room was clean and comfortable. Front desk service was a bit slow

The staff was very helpful and friendly! Overall it was quite damp and moist in the rooms; you had to run the air conditioning a lot to feel like the moisture wasn’t there. I think this issue was exacerbated by the fact that the bathroom has no exhaust fan. Wasn’t a fan of the that. Overall good location, well situated in the city, and decent amenities, like the pool and restaurant. Would recommend!
