My experience at the Mercure was wonderful, staff were super friendly and helpful. Room was tidy and the bed was so comfortable. There was a pair of old socks left in the corner of our room and a half eaten can of pringles in the bedside drawer. Everything looked very clean and tidy however.

The room was very spacious with two double beds, a balcony, a large bathroom and plenty of storage/closet space. The large flatscreen TV was great and I could use the smart features to cast my shows from my tablet. Had a great nights sleep - would recommend this hotel to any travellers in Brisbane.
