Great service, friendly staff. Room was nice but wasn’t what was shown in advertising. Aircon kept fully turning off.

Loved the size of the junior suite and we really enjoyed the quality of the room service food. Decided to eat in and we were not disappointed. 5 star meal along with drinks from the bar while relaxing in the comfort of our room. Awesome! Didn't like that the bathroom tap was leaking, and it's been leaking for a while because the wood in the cabinet is rotting. Had to use another bath mat to soak up the water and stop from running through the tiles. They did offer to move us but we were settled by then. They just need a plumber.

Asked for a high floor and got the highest in the building. Very happy with the view and the room layout. Only gripe was that the TV is very old and is horrible to watch TV on, with no smart TV or USB plug in capabilities.
