Overall it was good with free breakfast and parking. Unfortunately I was given room 107, this room was noisy. The night staff going outside all hours of the night to smoke, talk and laugh. This is directly below room 107, so you can hear everything. Apart from that it was good. I will ask for a room on the other side of the building next time.

Room had bad smell coming from the drains in the bathroom. They gave another room and there was the same problem. Stayed for 3 nights. All 3 nights with this smell. Not really a good holiday to rest.

Friendly, helpful staff. Great breakfasts. Steep walk back from CBD and River Cat. Take the free bus up to Upper Edward street and walk across…not as far then. Still a walk for those not so fit.
