I took my partner here for his birthday weekend. Everything was amazing. We had some drinks in the Wet Bar, dined in at the restaurant Three Blue Ducks for dinner and the meals were outstanding and then back for buffet breakfast…which was really delicious too. I told the hotel it was his birthday and they were so wonderful in helping him celebrate…late checkout, a gorgeous box of chocolates and warm wishes from staff. Highly recommend the W Hotel.

Loved the high end industrial lux vibe about the place. However, the extraverted interior styling cues may be a touch too much for some. For example I thought that the button operated, motor-driven curtains that I could close from bed were super classy. However, I think someone my parents age would likely get frustrated with the tech and would just end up opening them by hand. In another example, at first I thought the open cabinet in which the robes were stored upon arrival, in resembled more of a strippers cage in case we got adult entertainment later, which was certainly imbibed by the convenient box of adults toys wrapped in a box on the mixing table. I was impressed at their extra thought they'd put into the little things, like multiple shower heads that both work together at once simultaneously to appease those that like the rainwater feel a well as well as those who prefer to use the normal wand style to get to the hard reach bits.

A couple of room service orders never showed up and the parking was incredibly expensive (and not included in the hotel fee) but overall an outstanding hotel. 4.5/5

One of the most amazing hotels we’ve stayed at. It reminded me a lot of Hayman Island Resort. We loved every minute of our stay and can’t wait to return.

I booked for 3 people on the website. i also loaded the names and age of the child that was staying with us. to my discuss i turned up at the hotel which i have stayed at 3 times previously to find that they wanted to charge me an extra $70 for a single bed. I let t hem know i was discussed however they still charged me. I feel this is discusting service and will not return.
