The views were beautiful. Walking distance to the Brisbane Convention Centre, river, South Bank Train Station and many restaurants. Woolworths and IGA just across the road. Could not have asked for anything more!

Ivy and Eve are in the perfect location for all things South Bank. Plenty of great eateries and bars in close range, very handy o QPAC and Convention Centre. Some noise from construction in surrounding area, but that is unavoidable in Brisbane at the moment.

I felt like it was a bit tired. The shower needed a deep clean. The beds were two single beds put together with no cover so it as uncomfortably. The kitchen is lacking a few essential items. The bath towels were thin. I left an item in my room and when I rang and asked reception to hold it for me they were basically telling me they could do that.

My colleague went to the shop to buy a couple of things a worker said he needed to go into their room to check something. When the colleague came back, they noticed their pill jar was open and most had gone. Seemed strange however their sunglasses too were not any to be located. We mentioned this to the ladies downstairs and they said they have no forms to fill out and nothing they could do. Awful experience.

Clean and great location. Ensuite shower would not drain properly. Had to pay for parking on site.

Poorly designed apartment and building itself was very hot with no air conditioning in the middle of summer. Carpet, rug and lounge felt unclean and were stained. Shower drain smelled and leaked. Spa had tiles missing. Garbage left in hallway and in front of chute. Very overpriced and poor quality. Construction all around also.
