only double beds in 2br apartment. First apartment unable to use the reserved room on arrival due to overpowering smell from carpet. Our friends had a second apartment with no carpet in which we stayed until a replacement apartment was allocated on the next day of our 2 night reservation. This apartment has 2 double beds which would have been better as queen size. A partial refund of one night has been requested however the manager is not able to be contacted to process until the next business day on Monday.

Did notlike having to wait 9months after booking and paying to be informed that an apartment was available with three beds. That was a first for me as have always been guaranteed the number of beds required on booking especially when paid for at the same time

Yes it was great all around I mentioned a few issues in the survey I did for the hotel I forgot to mention the car park rather than bunching up large cars next to each other when there were many available parks maybe speed them out a little. The car next to me parked on an angle and made access to my car very difficult. I was afraid it may cause damage to the car and I was right

Great location and good apartments but construction the area is ridiculous. Very good service and only issue was a window blocked out so you could not see what was an amazing view from bedroom. The Rest was great.

Very spacious 3 bedroom apartment with good facilities. Easy walk to city, southbank and museum. Staff were very helpful in parking car on arriving early and leaving after check out.

I didn’t like the toilet roll holder which kept falling down. The toaster needs replacing. Shelf in the wardrobe needs fixing. 2 face washers should have been supplied for 2 people. Toiletries were insufficient for 2 people. A little more attention needed in the cleaning ie crumbs in the toaster cupboard and the kettle needed a good wipe over. The staff were excellent. Extremely helpful and polite.

Excellent experience.
We were in Brisbane for a sport event, so the hotellocation was perfect for our needs with easy access to and from, we had a free secure car park offered at check-in , staff are welcoming. Close shopping 3 mins walk, the hotel facilities were as described. We had a little hiccup with the washing machine flooding the floor but this was promptly address and a new room offered.. We had an enjoyable stay all together. Will highly recommend.

If you like staying in the middle of a construction site this is this is the place for you !! 3 buildings being built on each side of you …. You can see and watch the cranes and workers doin there thing . Forget having a conversation on the balcony you won’t hear a thing ! Spa that you share with everyone else is nice though …
