Dirty towel still in bathroom when we arrived and shot glass found under the bed. Made us question the cleanliness of the place. Reception staff were friendly and helpful as was valet parking officer.

Property photos were very misleading- unit was tiny and pool is no where near as great as it appears. Hotel canceled restaurant and room service services; blaming COVID. The least impressive Peppers that I have stayed at

The restaurant is outsourced and not under the control or management of Peppers sadly. Yes they closed down during Covid however we are happy to report a new tenant is in place and we are working closely with them to get all services back up and running for our guests. The property was good overall, nice and close to the valley shops and restaurants. The bed was made from 2 singles which was a bit annoying having a centre line down the middle. As to the other facilities, we didn't get to check out the pool or rooftop as the weather was poor. The valet parking was a bit cramped during busy times and we had to park in surrounding streets as there was no other place to leave the car.

Above all it was a great place to stay very close to everything and friendly staff. The only thing is the made the room look triple the size in the pictures.
