After reading reviews about free mini bar and gift bag upon arrival I decided to go with them and book. Only to find out when I get there that they just changed there policies and the mini bar is no longer free and no gift bag. So that was very disappointing and think considering that is what I initially booked and paid for before they changed there policies then it should have still been included. The staff did go and source a gift bag which was nice but no free mini bar. Room was clean and ok. Breakfast was not happy with it was cold and u had to wait for your eggs to be cooked which meant that by the time your eggs came u had eaten all the other food. Coffee machine was not hot either. But they did offer a free barista coffee for that. But over all for a 5 star hotel I would not say that is what I got. Not much variety in the buffet breakfast. Would not have paid extra for breakfast if I knew there was not much options and would be cold and had to wait for eggs to be cooked was not worth the money.

Great size rooms which were really comfortable ! The free mini bar and bag of goodies in the room was appreciated and the lolly bar in reception was a nice touch. Reception staff were friendly and very helpful:)

Stayed for a mini staycation in the valley. This hotel is well located being in emporium and near James street shops. The check in was super easy and the team there very attentive. We booked a large room and it well and truly delivered on size. The inclusions that are standard with this hotel offer are next level.

Amazing stay at the Ovolo as per usual. Beautiful sized rooms, amazingly comfortable bed (like a cloud) and everything you could think of with extra specials. Central to lots of different restaurants. Will definitely continue to stay here.
