Found rubbish under the beds… didn’t look or feel very clean … rooms were very small, beds were super uncomfortable, no restaurant open. No cleaning unless requested. Quite expensive for what it was … Staff were very friendly and pleasant however

The property is dated and the bar and restaurant are still closed. The position is quite good and the staff were pleasant.

Great location but staff miserable not even a hello when I said it to them. Getting into car park ore check in a nightmare needs more explanation pre arrival. Was not told until on arrival rate was a non serviced room so getting bin emptied did ourselves and foul looks when we asked for more rubbish bags.

No window to open for any fresh air to come through. Beds were super hard and could feel the lining of the single beds pushed together. Bathroom light didn't work so had to move a lamp in there. Had to wait about 10mins for the lift to get to us. Definitely just a place to stop for a cheap sleep if you don't care about comfort. Positive was receptionist was friendly & central in regards to location of event we were attending at riverstage.

The room looked plain and uninviting. 2 basic single beds, big gap in room, one chair, cheap very basic furniture. Window that wouldn't open. Tv was good. Aircon cold. Toiletries basic but smelt nice. Very basic room and very expensive. Charged $20 to go to prepared room under 2 hrs early. Not again.

All staff needs to learn how to greet the guests. Only hotel that has no customer service, no enthusiasm to say hello or smile at the guests. Housekeeping is not even included, you have to pay extra if you want your room cleaned or serviced everyday. The only good thing about this hotel is the location, that's it!
