Bathroom very dated, shower taps came away from wall, there was a bath but no plug. Doors needed cleaning. No microwave, plates, cutlery. Everything about the room was bare minimum, just enough to get by. Bed linen cheap but clean, although one pillowcase had a small hole in it. Cheap, except the price for the room wasn’t.

Our room was clean and comfortable however there are a number of maintenance issues. 1. The front door to the room was hard to open and close - it needs to be re-hinged. 2. The door to the courtyard has a faulty latch and had to be closed using a lock at the base. The proper latch needs to be fixed as it is clearly broken. This is a safety issue. 3. The fold out bed needs a new mattress as the springs poke through. We were comfortable but it was not great value for the money we paid.

I had a view of a car park and the units across from us for a hotel called the riverside I could not see the river even when we went for a walk it was a fair way away. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

The shower/ bath was dirty, the toilet cistern ran continuously unless the lid was lifted (it also was damaged) otherwise it was a comfortable apartment
