The breakfast idea and method is great but there was no fresh fruit - all tinned. The coffee was good. The website and folder in the room had the words fresh and gourmet to describe the breakfast. This raises expectations to expect fresh fruit and a more upmarket breakfast. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The apartment had a strong smell of smoke through out, hair in the bed sheets/ make up all over the curtains, extremely run down/ old furniture, blockage in the shower. Otherwise staff were extremely friendly, breakfast was fine and location was excellent. I unfortunately would not book here again and extremely overpriced for what is on offer. Also the medical centre is on ground floor of hotel and people from medical centre using the lift for the hotel.

Great location and very well positioned for wandering the city sites. Central station is an easy walk across ANZAC Square and Eagle Street Pier is about five minutes walk away. The room was comfortable although extra storage would’ve been great. Breakfast was included in our stay and was a great way to start the day. Thanks again for having us. 😊
