It was like a Country Home stay. It is not a marble and glass "glitzy" accommodation venue but a comfortable clean safe stay which is central in the city at an affordable price. Would stay here again on next business trip

Very Bad experience. The customer service was very very poor. The manager is rude and very condescending. The rooms was very old and run down. The air conditioning was very ineffective, therefore suffocating inside the rooms. I was better off paying a little more someplace else and getting 100 times better experience. Will not recommend. Stay away from this place.

The breakfast staff were lovely and welcoming. When booking this 2 bed apartment the photos made it seem more appealing and stylish. The apartment had a bit of an aged smell and probably wasn’t worth the very steep prices set for the New Years period. There are no balconies on this property, which in retrospect would have been great for our stay.

Liked that you could at least drop off your gear with 10 minute parking option out the front. Liked that reception sourced the closest and cheapest parking option for us before arrival. Liked how quiet our room was. Air conditioner was lovely and cool in the balmy conditions.

The location of this apartment building was great for our stay as it was close to the Queen street mall and major bus and train stations. The breakfast provided each morning was amazing and such a great addition to our stay.
