Great location and lovely staff. The rooms were clean and had enough bedding. Fabulous view. The lift is ridiculously slow. Can take 15 to 20 minutes to get up or down to your floor. The upper floors particularly slow. Always one lift of 3 broken down.

Staff are very friendly, and very accommodating of any special requests. Venue is half residents, half hotel, so it's quiet, secured and a safe place to stay

We have stayed here several times before and it has always been good. Reception service was good. The view (we were up on the high floors) was brilliant. The only downside on this visit was the room heaters - when there was no sun to help warm the room the heaters were either malfunctioning or had max temp locks on them. Regardless of switching to heat mode and adjusting the temp, the room remained cold. Only downside to a great place.

1 of the 3 lifts was out for upgrade. Long wait times. Surely they would limit guest numbers. Wifi was so slow. Prefer to pay for a faster service. Wotif description didn't match the apartment. Disappointing.

The property needs a good clean. Marked carpets. Hair in bathroom. Dust in cupboards and wardrobe. Too many uncomfortable reminders that others had been there prior. We also had trouble with our parking with constant threats of being towed away despite declaration and payment at reception.

Booked a king bed and was initially given a queen. After some discussion, the second room in the apartment was opened and a king sized bed given. Good location to the water front.
