We always choose Oaks. Unfortunately we were directed to leave due to a Covid lockdown and return home to the Coast. We found out just after check out time. I think it’s a credit to your beautiful staff that was on that day and so empathetic toward all us guests and for you guys to honour the situation with a full credit for the 2 days I couldn’t stay was brilliant! Because of this I will always refer you to all my friends and family

The rooms were not very clean. Marks on walls, benches were not cleaned, microwave was dirty, floors covered in hair, etc.

The staff were helpful and friendly. Our room was clean and had every thing we needed for our stay It was a little noisey as it located on a main road and our air conditioner wasn’t very cold.

We were there for an appointment at the PA Hospital, the apartments are in a good location for that. There is a shopping centre with a supermarket and several food outlets nearby. An easy walk from the train station, so everything worked well.

I booked a room that slept 3 but was given a room that slept 2 The issue being we were 2 middle age women that are not lesbians. So dissapointed so degrading
