Love staying at this accommodation, so close to everything i needed, it is right on gympie road but you dont notice the traffic noises in the rooms, Best part is the manager who is always super helpful, i have stayed several times and he is just the best. Cleaning staff are very thorough, and the rooms are always very well presented and clean, Easy parking, excellent rates for overnight or longer stays, Always my first choice if i need to drive to Brisbane.

Booked the executive suite to relax after being on the road for days. Got a room with a spa to help ease painful medical conditions, but there was no hot water. We were warned the spa would drip, however this was an extreme understatement, as the tap ran as though turned on. The shower was barely warm and ran out before two people could comfortably shower. The entire place was booked out with teenagers from a sports team of a school. They had their massage room set up next to our room which was also used as their general go to area to “hang out” at 6:00am, right outside our room with its paper thin walls. When we brought up these issues at the front desk we were told “well, they are teenage boys, they have long showers”, noting here that there were 90 or so of these boys using the entire hot water system, and no one had considered other guests during their stay. Will absolutely not recommend this hotel. We would have chosen to stay elsewhere had we been told in advance that the entire place was booked out for a grammar school sports team. The lady at the front desk was rude and offered no acknowledgment of discomfort caused, with multiple remarks of “what do you want me to do about it?!” If you want to book a hotel where the staff have your needs in mind, avoid this hotel.

Room was clean. Lady who checked us in was very friendly. We didn’t stay long enough to enjoy the ammenities but a family was enjoying the pool & they looked to having a great time.

This place is on the outskirts of Brisbane, but very close to the express bus service (340) into the City, which also goes via Chermside shopping centre. The room was on the ground level and the car park was right in front - very easy to unload your stuff. It was very clean, roomy and fresh, and the staff were friendly. I will be back.

Everything was clean which is the most important thing to me. Except the soap dish in shower was not quite clean (Room 36). The Bed: The sheet on top of me was like fine sandpaper ! I had to remove it. Luckily the other top sheet, on top of the quilt, was of normal softness, so I used it instead. I told the (male) manager when I was leaving, and he said that it must have been a new sheet that hadn't been washed. This is awful, to have a sheet feeling like sandpaper on top of you ! I'm sure the person making up the bed would have noticed it, and therefore should not have used it. Easily prevented ! God Bless and Thank you.

Good place to stay but does need some maintenance. The shower in our room was dripping and couldn’t be turned off enough to stop this. Pool was good and room was a good size with lounge included. Bed was comfortable - we felt happy with our stay.
